UFood, Midfield Announce Partnership For BOS Location

October 28, 2009

UFood Restaurant Group and Midfield Concession Enterprises have announced a new franchise relationship at Boston Logan International (BOS).

The new eatery, which will be in Terminal C, will be the company’s second location at BOS (the other is in Terminal B) when it opens in January; it also has a location at Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW).

“We are excited about our new partnership with UFood Grill,” says Midfield Concession Enterprises President and CEO Andrea Hachem. “We like the concept of UFood Grill, as it provides travelers with great comfort food that not only tastes great, but is actually healthful and good for you. UFood Grill will be a great addition to Logan Airport Terminal C, as well as a hit with travelers.”

Menu options include breakfast, lunch and dinner options such as shakes, smoothies, burgers, salads, UBowls and more, as well as a children’s menu.

“This exciting announcement is a testament to our success in our other airport locations, as well as our commitment to growing non-traditional restaurant locations in hospitals, colleges and travel plazas throughout the United States,” says UFood Grill’s Chairman and CEO George Naddaff. “We are excited to partner with a fellow recipient of Airport Revenue News’ Best New Food and Beverage Concept Award (UFood Grill received the award this year), and anticipate providing Logan Airport Terminal C travelers with a healthy dining alternative.”
