SH&E Promotes 2 In London Office |

Andy Carlisle has been named managing officer for the London office of SH&E, an ICF International company.
“Andy Carlisle’s strong working relationship with SH&E’s London office staff, combined with his aviation expertise and strong leadership skills make him ideal for the role,” says Deborah Meehan, chief operating officer of SH&E and head of ICF International’s aviation division. “We are excited for Andy to lead operations in the London office and oversee projects in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.”
Carlisle has more than 20 years of experience in the transport section, having advised airport management, shareholders and investors in assignments across Europe, the United States, Asia and Australia. He joined SH&E in 2009 as vice president of airport services in London.
In addition, Kata Cserep has been promoted to principal in the London office. In her new role, she will plan for the future, manage major projects, train new recruits and work on business development. She has been with the company since 2005.
