| Jamie edits and writes stories for the magazine and Web site. Before joining the company in December 2007, she was a copy editor at The Tampa Tribune for nearly nine years, and then owner of a restaurant for a year. She earned a B.S. in journalism, with a specialization in editing, from the University of Florida. Jamie's most daring move was leaving her comfortable newspaper job to move to South Florida and buy the restaurant.
