Customer Service Experts has promoted five of its team members to new positions.
Eileen Wirz is now manager of the CSE client experience team. She previously was a business development specialist. In her new role Wirz will lead and develop the team of program managers in building client relationships, deliver on client contract specifications, and meet and exceed client expectations, as well as maintain high satisfaction ratings.
Jackie May has been promoted from senior trainer/consultant to manager of the training and consulting team. May will ensure that training programs are successfully implemented for clients and will be responsible for the development and quality assurance of the team.
Donna Kopf, previously manager of the training and consulting team, is now manager of client performance. Responsibilities in her new role include optimizing performance for CSE’s key client accounts and overseeing existing and new client implementation and innovative product development.
Finally, Donna Judy and Jennifer Stockman are now program managers on the client services team. Both were formerly associate program managers. They will provide client support and account management for CSE service development programs.
