Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) has announced 17 new concessions opportunities in Terminals B, C, D and E.
The opportunities are broken into seven packages. The first package is for a fast-food deli concept in Terminal D. The lease term is for seven years. The second food and beverage package is for a fast-food chicken concept, also in Terminal D for a lease term of seven years. Food and beverage package three is for a pub or wine bar and an entertainment bar, both in Terminal D for a 10-year lease. The fourth and final package is for an Asian bar and grill in Terminal D. It’s lease term is 10 years.
For retail there is a package for four stores in Terminal D. The proposed concepts are travel essential with coffee, electronics, sunglasses and open retail. All have a lease term of seven years. The second retail package has two travel essential concepts – one with coffee and one without. Both have a lease term of seven years. The final retail package includes three proposed concepts: travel essential, open retail and sports apparel. All three also have a lease term for seven years.
DFW will hold a Pre-Proposal Conference at the Hyatt Regency DFW on Tuesday, Feb. 14, from 1-3 p.m.
