Vino Volo is making its way to Halifax Stanfield International (YHZ) with a new location starting construction post-security on the domestic/international departures level, near gate 20. An opening date is anticipated in November.
“We are delighted to welcome Vino Volo to our airport community,” says Jo-Anne McLean, HIAA director, air service & terminal development. “This new wine bar will provide our passengers with new dining and beverage options while waiting for their flight.”
Marco Di Bernardo, vice president of development for Vino Volo, said the company is excited about further expansion in Canada. “We expect to impress travelers with a great selection of local, national and international wines and local craft beers along with a wine-country inspired food menu,” he said. “Our guests will be able to enjoy our wines in tasting flights or by the glass in a fun, approachable way.”
